How do you handle "no-shows" and what is your refund policy?

We will provide a 100% refund provided we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance of the game day and time. For example, if the doors open at 6 PM on Saturday, you can cancel with a full refund, provided you contact us before 6 PM on the Friday beforehand. If you pay by credit card, your account will be credited for the amount charged. By giving us advance notice of a cancellation, we can make your reserved seat available for another player.

No-shows are assigned seats just like any other player. If a player is a no-show or is otherwise absent from the table during a hand, any required blinds will be automatically posted by the dealer from the player's stack until no chips are remaining. The absent player is dealt pocket cards to any mandatory blinds but automatically folds when it is his turn to act on the hand.

The event chairperson (pit boss) retains the right to remove any remaining chips from play if a player has made no prior arrangements and is absent from the table for more than one hour.
